If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 13, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child(ren) who are authorized to use our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Per the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, use of an online platform to use our services for a child under age 13 is pursuant to the consent of a parent or guardian. You reserve the right to revoke this right at any time, at which time we will discontinue our service.
Parents of children aged 13 and under understand that Tutoring Rocks will record tutoring sessions conducted online for the purposes of internal review and security. We will not be distributing, selling, or disclosing any information externally.
Parents of children aged 13 and under understand that children will likely provide personal details related to their academic development or daily life to their tutor.
Parents of children aged 13 and under understand that we are using a 3rd party platform, Zoom, to conduct our tutoring sessions. Please refer to the Zoom terms and conditions available on their website for information relating to their specific platform.
