Meet your college planning director, Mason Shelnutt

I’ve spent my entire life working in the shoes of an educator. Whether that means tutoring core subjects as a college student, volunteering at local high schools, or helping students get into their top colleges, sharing knowledge has been a central theme in my life. As a working professional, I graduated from UC Davis with two degrees and honorable mention. I believe that college is a gift that we get to pursue, and the hard work I put into my own degrees and the support I provide to families each year are each a reflection of that belief.

From over a decade of working with students, I’ve come to understand the ways that the college admissions process can be challenging for the average family to navigate. My personal goal is to shed light on the process for prospective college students and to teach them how to use that information to their advantage in the college admissions process. It has been my absolute joy to help families get in to their top colleges.
